Just as the colder winters begin, so does our broccoli season, a perfect addition for a traditional Sunday roast our broccoli is packed in Spain, covered in ice and wrapped carefully for its journey into the UK and onwards to our customers.    Cauliflowers, courgettes and Spinach all have great appeal at this time of year.  When it comes to onions we switch between the Northern & Southern hemisphere to ensure a year round supply, whilst our sweet potato crops are farmed in Egypt and Spain.   Our Portuguese and Spanish Butternut Squash become ever more popular as the colder months draw in.
